Motorist Safety Tips
Keep bike lanes clear. It's against the law to park, stand or stop within bike lanes.

Don’t drive across bike lanes except for access, safety and turns.

Use your signal and look out for cyclists before making a turn.

If you’re a vehicle passenger, avoid getting out of the car on the side available to moving traffic.

Don’t exceed 30 mph in the City, unless there’s a sign posted indicating otherwise.

At a red light or STOP sign, come to a complete stop before the crosswalk. Over one-half of pedestrian fatalities occur at intersections with traffic signals.
