To submit and event for LMEC consideration, please fill out the form below. Only events taking place from October 4-14 will be considered. Submission of an event does not guarantee placement on the LMEW calendar and failure to submit all of the required information might result in your event not being considered.  Upon receipt and review of your event, the LMEC will inform you whether it has been approved.   You will then need to submit your organization logo in .JPG and .EPS formats. Please note the LMEW will not include events that are fund-raisers.
