Immediately upon graduation, I joined the Family Court division of the Law Department. I was assigned to the Manhattan Family Court, where I handle cases involving the prosecution of juvenile delinquents. Within a few months of starting I already had a full case load of both felony and misdemeanor juvenile delinquency cases and had appeared in court numerous times. I chose to come to the Law Department because of my interest in both working in the public sector and criminal justice.
