 Real Property Auctions The Public Administrator conducts real estate auctions from estates under administration on a regular basis. These auctions are advertised widely and open houses are conducted for the properties prior to the auction. Information about each property, and the terms and conditions of sale, will be available to prospective purchasers on our Web page when the auction is announced.
