|  The Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP) provides complete pregnancy care and other services for women who live in New York State and meet income guidelines. PCAP covers lab tests, HIV tests, nutrition, screening, and other services related to pregnancy for at least two months after delivery. Babies receive healthcare services for at least one year after birth. All pregnant women are eligible for PCAP regardless of immigration status if they meet the other program requirements.
