The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) operates 336 developments in all five boroughs. If you wish to be considered for any of these developments, please fill out an “Application for Apartment” form. The application is available on NYCHA’s website or at one of their Customer Contact Centers.

There are a variety of community based program providers, such as The Osborne Association and, for formerly incarcerated men, The Fortune Society, that (both provide help to formerly incarcerated men), that can help dads with a host of services including housing.
