HASA Housing is an initiative to automate and streamline the housing process and ensure accuracy and security of data formerly transmitted through faxes and phone calls. To better serve the housing needs of its clients and efficiently manage the process of balancing housing supply and demand, the Housing Unit at HASA is automating the way it communicates with HASA's internal Case Managers and external Housing Providers. Through an internet venue, Housing Providers will manage and update their vacancy rosters in real-time. Case Managers will request housing for their clients through a web-based form residing in HASA Web that allows applications only to providers with vacancies.
