The Employment Incentive Housing Program (EIHP) is a Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS) initiative to identify housing for eligible homeless families. HRA/DSS has developed a computer system to support registered landlords and brokers to list vacant apartments with EIHP. The EIHP computer system will allow landlords and brokers to securely add, review and update information regarding their own apartments at any time. Landlords and brokers interested in participating in EIHP can receive more information by calling 212-690-8051 or 212-690-7179.
