HRA offers a diverse range of services through its Administrations and Offices including Family Independence Administration, Medical Insurance and Community Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Services Administration, Customized Assistance Services, Office of Child Support, and Investigation, Revenue and Enforcement Administration.

Services HRA's programs provide include: temporary cash assistance, food stamps, job training and placement, child care, domestic violence protection services, home energy and utility assistance, child support enforcement assistance, and fraud and identity theft assistance.

Medical support services include: public health insurance and employer-based affordable health insurance plans, adult protective services, home care, and services for HIV/AIDS individuals.
