The Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services (HRA/DSS) requires able-bodied recipients of cash assistance to participate in an employment-related activity. The Family Independence Administration (FIA) Welfare to Work Timekeeping System allows all agencies who enroll FIA participants to process attendance data and participant status changes through the browser-based application in lieu of submitting paper rosters. The Timekeeping System provides security, allows agencies to enter total hours worked and hours excused for the cycle by work-site, processes non-timekeeping agency actions, and lists outstanding timesheets. Other functions include requests for supplemental carfare payments, management of user accounts, and review of historical data.
