The Payment and Claiming System on the Web (PaCSWeb) enables authorized vendors to request payment for services they provide to HRA clients on their milestone-based contracts. This application also allows HRA staff to review the payment requests and Accounts Payable to make the payments to the vendor. The vendors can track their requests and receive real-time status as well as full history of the transaction.
