The NYC Human Resources Administration/Department of Social Services' Line Item Contract Module (LIC) enables Vendors to submit their monthly Line Item expenses electronically. The module allows Program Areas such as HASA, VD, MAP and others to manage their line item based contracts, review and approve their expenses. The System enables Accounts Payable to make payments to line item based contracts.
