ACEE facilitates the exchange of information between HRA/DSS and Child Care Programs that care for the children of HRA/DSS participants. ACEE expedites the eligibility and enrollment process of these children, and eliminates the need for the HRA/DSS participant to lose time from their work-related activity or employment to have the paperwork processed manually at their respective Job Center. Child Care Program staff enters information provided by the parent of the child into the ACEE system and receives an immediate eligibility status.
