	NYC Health Insurance Link Wins Excellence in Technology Award HRA’s Office of Citywide Health Insurance Access (OCHIA) received an Excellence in Technology Award from the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (DoITT). The award, for Best Application Serving the Public, honored NYC Health Insurance Link. Mayor Unveils NYC Health Insurance Link Mayor Bloomberg and Commissioner Robert Doar launched a new web-based search tool, NYC Health Insurance Link, at a press conference in Red Hook, Brooklyn. NYC HI Link is an easy way for individuals and small businesses to compare health insurance plans and find what best fits their needs. Bloomberg hosted a reception at Gracie Mansion in honor of the hundreds of organizations that partner with City agencies to provide jobs for thousands of New Yorkers. Organizations such as private companies, non-profits, public and private universities, and City agencies have committed to hiring New Yorkers who participate in the City’s many job training and education programs. OCSE Conference HRA’s Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) cosponsored a conference “A Collaboration of Minds: Helping Low-Income Non-Custodial Parents Fulfill their Child Support Obligations,” with the CUNY Graduate Center. Dyckman Center Opening Human Resources Administration (HRA) celebrated the opening of the Dyckman Model Job Center, the Inwood Model Job Center and the Washington Heights Model Food Stamp Center, all located at 4055 10th Avenue in Manhattan.
