The HIV/AIDS Services Administration’s (HASA) mission is to expedite access to essential benefits and social services needed by persons living with AIDS or clinical symptomatic HIV illness and their families. HASA's work with its clients is based on the responsibility of all sectors of the community working together to ensure that these clients have adequate housing, financial security, medical care and other services necessary to allow them to manage their illness and to live their lives with the highest level of self-reliance and dignity.
