Care_at_Home Program

  The Care-At-Home (CAH) Program provides a Medicaid-financed plan of community-based services to enable severelyFor more information on Home Care & eligibility, call 311 or HRA's 1-877-472-8411 physically disabled children - who might otherwise qualify for hospital or nursing home placement - to live with th eir families. All Medicaid and additional services, such as case management and home adaptations, are available to assist a family in caring for their child.

The Care at Home Program includes a Medicaid waiver enabling parents normally not eligible to qualify their child for Medicaid.
