Plus, there are financial benefits available to companies that hire employees through Business Link.

Free Job Listing Service for Employers
Business Link targets qualified candidates to meet employer specifications. A dedicated account manager works with you to create a posting and supply pre-screened candidates in 7 days or less. Employers are under no obligation to hire candidates referred by Business Link. 

Nearly 40% of Business Link candidates interviewed by employers are hired, comparable to high-cost staffing agencies.

Employer Incentives Plus Program
Employers may qualify to receive wage subsidies equal to 40% of an employee’s gross monthly salary (up to $400 per month) for a maximum of six months. Read more about the Employer Incentives Plus Program Information (PDF).
