APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE FOR 15 RENOVATED CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS IN HARLEM

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) announces that applications are now being accepted for Park View II Condominiums, located at 61-63 Lenox Avenue on the corner of West 113th Street in Harlem, Manhattan.

The prices for the 15 one and two bedroom condominium apartments currently being renovated range from $149,900 and $289,900. Eligible buyers should have a minimum household income of approximately $51,607 and at least 5% to 10% of the purchase price in savings for down payment and closing costs, qualify for mortgage financing, and meet additional criteria. Completed applications must be returned by regular mail only to the post office box number that will be listed with the application, and must be postmarked by August 31, 2003. Eligible applicants residing in Manhattan Community Board No. 10 will receive priority for half of the apartments.

Information seminars will be held on Wednesday, July 9, 2003 and Wednesday, July 16, 2003 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Mount Moriah Baptist Church, located at 2050 5th Avenue between 126th and 127th Streets in Harlem.
