	Identifying At-Risk Buildings Through its Division of Neighborhood Preservation (DNP), DNP has offices throughout the City to serve the Public. Staff in these offices identify buildings in distress, assess building conditions, and work with building owners to develop and implement appropriate actions to correct building problems.
