|  Large-Scale Development: Gateway Estates II-Enviormental Review A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was held on January 7, 2009 in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s public hearing pursuant to Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). Public notices were given as to the time and location of the public hearing. Comments on the DEIS were requested and were accepted until January 20, 2009. The Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) and the Notice of Completion (NOC) was issued on February 4, 2009 . The files below are in PDF format
Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Gateway Estates II proposal -2008 On September 3, 2008, the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), as Lead Agency, issued a Notice of Completion (NOC) for a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the Gateway Estates II proposal. A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) will be held at a later date to be announced, in conjunction with the City Planning Commission’s public hearing pursuant to Uniform Land Use Review Procedure (ULURP). Subsequent notice will be given as to the time and place of the public hearing. Written comments on the DEIS are requested and would be received and considered by the Lead Agency until the 10th calendar day following the close of the public hearing.
