Chinatown/Lower East Side Acquisition Program:   The Chinatown/LES Acquisition Program provides assistance to pre-qualified non-profit organizations to preserve the affordability of housing in the Chinatown and Lower East Side neighborhoods.

New York City Acquisition Fund (AF):   The NYC Acquisition Fund provides local and not-for-profit developers with bridge financing to acquire private property for the construction and preservation of affordable housing.
