HPD's Code Enforcement Offices
If your building owner
fails to maintain your apartment and provide essential services, you may report
the condition to the City's Citizen Service Center at 311. The Center is open
24-hours a day, seven-days a week. If you would like to speak with a public
interviewer in person at the HPD Borough Offices, you may do so weekdays between
9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
