	Office of Financial Management & Analysis Deputy Commissioner: Molly Park The Division of Financial Management & Analysis provides a central place in the agency for support and consultation on financial issues. The Budget Division develops and negotiates the agency's Expense, Revenue and Capital budgets. The division determines how to allocate these resources throughout the agency based on a review and understanding of the agency’s operational needs. Budget also provides critical financial data to agency senior staff in order to inform decision making and program development. The Fiscal Division administers the agency's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Performance Analysis manages and utilizes data, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness measures, to inform cross-agency discussions on program design and resource allocation. The Tenant Resources Division administers rental assistance programs including Section 8, Shelter Plus Care, and Moderate Rehabilitation.
