The City of New York is pleased to host the HHS Accelerator System for Client and Community-based Services providers. We encourage you to use the system's Document Vault to, at a minimum, securely and easily store and share organizational documents. In HHS Accelerator, your organization can now complete the HHS Accelerator Business and Service Application, which will make you eligible to apply for upcoming Request for Proposals.
To get the most out of your account, use the Document Vault often and invite others to create accounts. As Document Vault users you will also benefit from early exposure to the new streamlined process NYC will use to quickly and more efficiently select providers to implement Agency programs.
