The City of New York hosts the Health and Human Services (HHS) Accelerator System for providers that deliver direct services to clients and communities to streamline and enhance management of procurement and financial processes.

Your organization can now compete for funding and manage multiple proposals in one system.

Get started following these 3 steps:

1. Request an HHS Accelerator Account. Consult the Account Administration guide.

For help creating an account and adding users review the Account Creation and Adding Users Checklist.

2. Get Prequalified. To become prequalified your organization must have an approved Business Application and at least one Service Application. Review Submitting the HHS Accelerator Application guide to complete your application.

  • Once your Application is submitted, our turnaround time for feedback or approval is approximately 24-48 hours.
  • Ensure your Service Application(s) corresponds with Request for Proposals (RFPs) that your organization would like to compete for. You can review the Procurement Roadmap for upcoming RFPs and also learn about different services in the Client and Community Services Catalog.

For an overview of Prequalification please review the Prequalification Checklist.

 3. Propose for an RFP. Once you have an approved Business and Service Application you are able to propose for RFPs that have been released in the system. View the HHS Accelerator System's Procurement tab to review Released and Planned RFPs as well as your Organization's eligibility status. Review the Submitting Proposals guide to learn more about proposing in HHS Accelerator.
