Sea View Hospital Services - Community-Based Programs

Adult Day Health Care Program
Outreach services to the chronically ill, disabled persons, 21 years of age and older, living in the community. The program is designed on a medical model enabling clients to have access to Sea View's 16 specialty clinics. Curb to curb transportation is available for participants.
Voice Care Program
A 24-hour Personal Emergency Response System for the elderly and disabled living at home.
