Jacobi's Trauma Center, the second busiest in New York City, is staffed by emergency medicine specialists and provides a full range of emergency and trauma care. Medical Program includes: Triage & screening, comprehensive medical assessment, medical treatment and referral for follow-up treatment Psychiatric Program includes: Triage & screening, crisis Intervention, extended observation, and crisis residence - see Behavioral Health Section for more details on psychiatric services.
