Emergency Treatment: includes therapy for smoke inhalation, carbon monoxide poisoning, diving injuries (decompression illness), gas gangrene and acute gas embolism. Elective Oxygen Therapy: wound healing – brings increased oxygen to areas with difficult infections or in which tissue does not heal. |
