Program
includes:
Triage & Screening:
- Comprehensive
Evaluations: Psychiatric, psychosocial, & medical assessment
- Crisis Intervention:
Treatment and follow-up
- Referral for
After-Services: Linkages to community agencies
Extended Observation
Beds:
- On-site
beds that provide the opportunity for extended assessment, and
observation of response to treatment over a 72-hour period, often
resulting in averting an admission.
- Comprehensive
discharge planning.
Crisis Residence:
- Beds
available for 5 days for stable, and self-sufficient individuals
needing voluntary respite, or waiting for placement.
- Clinical assessment,
treatment and comprehensive discharge planning.
