Inpatient
Detoxification Unit:
Services provided for withdrawal from alcohol, cocaine/crack, heroin,
barbituates and benzodiazepines under medical supervision.
Treatment planning incorporates psychiatric, medical, nursing, social
and nutritional assessments.
Types of treatment available daily during detox are: medication,
acupuncture, individual and group therapy, and AA/NA groups.
Discharge planning, referrals and follow-up are also provided.
Outpatient Services:
Psychotherapy/Counseling Program: provides individual and
group therapy with daily AA/NA groups available.
Acupuncture Program: participants are expected to attend
acupuncture progam daily Monday through Friday, for two months.
They also attend NA/AA meetings, and psychotherapy groups twice
a week.
Day Treatment Program: has daily attendance from 8:00 AM
to 2:00 PM. Group treatment includes vocational counseling, computer
training, time management, and use of leisure activities. Individual
therapy and acupuncture are also available.
