Mammograms at HHC

Mammograms Save Lives

1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer. Mammograms are the best method to detect breast cancer early and save your life. If you are a woman 40 years or older, you should get a mammogram every year.

Mammograms are offered at HHC facilities at little or no cost. If you have no health insurance, we can help. Talk to one of our HHC Options financial counselors who speak many languages. You may qualify to receive preventive breast health screening services through the Cancer Services Program Partnership for uninsured and underinsured women. They can also help you enroll in other financial assistance programs for which you may qualify.
