Three HHC facilities have launched new Web sites to better engage the communities they serve and provide information that patients and the public want to know. Visitors to these sites can now interact with their neighborhood health centers in more new ways including touring the facilities via online photo galleries and accessing a breadth of useful information on medical treatments, health clinics, financial assistance, visiting hours, jobs, and much more.
