Dr. Daniel D. Ricciardi, HHC Board Member, received this year's HHC Special Award for excellence in public service for his selfless dedication to furthering the mission of HHC as a member of the HHC Board of Directors, the chairperson of the Medical and Professional Affairs Committee and a member of the Quality Assurance Committee for the past six years. Dr. Ricciardi also serves as a member of the Board of the HHC Foundation. |
| Dr. Yolanda Bruno, Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital and Nursing Facility, Medical Director, and Dr. Miguel Sanchez, Director of Dermatology, are receiving the HHC President's Award for developing corporate guidelines to treat and prevent pressure ulcers, ultimately leading to a 50% ulcer reduction corporate-wide. |
