BY CAR:

FROM LONG ISLAND:

Take the Southern State Parkway to the Belt Parkway. Exit the Belt Parkway at the North Conduit Exit. Stay in left lane to exit at Linden Blvd. stay on Linden Blvd. approx. 3 miles to Albany Avenue. Make right turn onto Albany Avenue then travel approximately 4 lights to Rutland Road. Facility is located at the corner of Albany Avenue and Rutland Road.

FROM QUEENS:

Option 1:
Take Van Wyck Expressway (678) toward JFK Airport. Exit at the Belt Parkway West (toward Verrazano Bridge). Take the Belt Parkway to the North Conduit exit and continue as above from Long Island.

Option 2:
Take Jackie Robinson parkway (Interboro) to Bushwick Avenue Exit. Take Bushwick Avenue to Eastern Parkway (approx. 2 lights). Make a left turn onto Eastern Pkwy and continue to Albany Avenue. Make a left turn on Albany Avenue and proceed to Rutland Road.

FROM THE BRONX:

Take Whitestone Bridge to Van Wyck Expressway (toward JFK Airport). Exit at Jackie Robinson Parkway (Interboro). Continue as in Option 2 from Queens.

FROM MANHATTAN:

West side:
Take the West Side Highway to Chambers Street. Make left turn on Chambers Street. Proceed on Chambers Street to the Brooklyn Bridge. Continue straight at the end of the Bridge to Atlantic Avenue. Make left turn on Atlantic Avenue. Remain on Atlantic Avenue to Albany Avenue. Make right turn on Albany Avenue and proceed to Rutland Road.

East side:
Take the FDR Drive to the Brooklyn Bridge. Continue as above from West side.

FROM STATEN ISLAND:

From the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, exit Ft. Hamilton Parkway (2nd exit, right). Proceed along Ft. Hamilton Parkway, which becomes Caton Avenue. Stay on Caton Avenue which turns into Linden Blvd. (East 27). Continue along Linden Blvd. to Albany Avenue. Make left turn on Albany Avenue. Proceed to Rutland Road.

VIA SUBWAY:

From Manhattan:
Take IRT #2 to Winthrop Street. (IRT 35 during rush hours). Walk one block to Clarkson Avenue. Take B-12 us toward Kings county Hospital. Get off at Albany Avenue and Rutland Road.

From Queens:
Take respective trains to Manhattan and continue as above.

From Long Island:
Take the LIRR to Atlantic Avenue. Take IRT #2 as above.
