Triboro Bridge West Bound:
Manhattan bound 125th Street exit. Proceed West bound straight on 125th Street (Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard) to ninth traffic light at Lenox Avenue. Proceed North bound to 135th Street and Lenox Avenue and the Hospital campus.

George Washington Bridge East Bound:
Harlem River Drive South to 142nd Street exit. Proceed South bound straight on Fifth Avenue to fourth traffic light at 135th Street. Follow straight to first traffic light at Lenox Avenue and 135th Street. Make right turn on to Lenox Avenue and Hospital campus.

Major Deegan Expressway Southbound:
Manhattan bound to 138th Street exit. Turn right on to the Madison Avenue Bridge. Make a left turn on to Fifth Avenue and a right turn at 135th Street. Proceed west to Lenox Avenue.

Bruckner Expressway:
