BY CAR

From Upper Manhattan and Bronx:
Triborough Bridge to Queens. Get off exit to Brooklyn Queens Expressway to Roosevelt Avenue/Broadway Exit; turn left on Broadway to hospital.

From Mid-Manhattan:
59th Street Bridge to Northern Boulevard; turn right on Broadway to hospital. Queens Midtown Tunnel to Queens Expressway; exit at Roosevelt Avenue/Broadway; turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue, then turn right onto Broadway to hospital.

From Lower Manhattan:
Brooklyn, Manhattan or Williamsburg Bridge to Brooklyn Queens Expressway (going towards Queens); get off at Roosevelt Avenue/Broadway Exit; turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue, then turn right onto Broadway to hospital.

From Brooklyn:
Brooklyn Queens Expressway to Roosevelt Avenue/Broadway Exit; turn right onto Roosevelt Avenue, then turn right onto Broadway to hospital.

From Queens and Nassau Counties:
Long Island Expressway to Queens Boulevard Exit; turn right onto Broadway to hospital.

BY SUBWAY

IRT - Take No. 7 Flushing train (local) to 82nd Street station. Walk south on 82nd Street to hospital (corner of 82nd Street and Baxter Avenue).

IND - Take E or F train (express) or R or G train (local) to Roosevelt Avenue Jackson Heights (74th Street) station. Walk southeast on Broadway to hospital.
