New York City's public hospitals offer life saving mammograms at little or no cost all year long.

HHC has performed more than 300,000 mammograms over the previous four years and nearly 90,000 in the last year alone. Additionally, HHC has invested about $3.48 million over the last year to build ten brand new, state of the art mammography centers at six HHC facilities - Bellevue, Lincoln, Kings County, and Jacobi Hospitals, and Belvis and Morrisania Diagnostic and Treatment Centers.

If you do not have health insurance, don't let that stop you from seeking the care you need.  Talk to one of our HHC Options financial counselors who speak many languages. You may qualify to receive preventive breast health screening services through the Healthy Women's Partnerships program for uninsured and underinsured women.
