Venetian-Style Lamb Chops 4 Servings / Serving Size: 3 lamb chops (1 1/2-2 oz. each)
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 12 loin lamb chops
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine all the spices and the salt. Rub the lamb chops with the spice mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium, high heat. Brown the lamb chops for 2 minutes per side. Transfer the lamb to a roasting pan, place in the oven, and continue to cook for 7-8 minutes or until done as desired.
