Rosemary Pork Chops
4 Servings / Serving Size: 4 oz.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp rosemary, crushed
  • 2 tsp bottle mince garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4-oz boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven broiler. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the pork chops. Rub the mixture over the pork chops.
  2. Place the pork chops on a broiler pan and broil for 6-8 minutes, turning once, until the meat is cooked through.
