Rosemary Pork Chops 4 Servings / Serving Size: 4 oz.
Ingredients
- 1 Tsp. olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp rosemary, crushed
- 2 tsp bottle mince garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4-oz boneless pork chops
Directions
- Preheat the oven broiler. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients except the pork chops. Rub the mixture over the pork chops.
- Place the pork chops on a broiler pan and broil for 6-8 minutes, turning once, until the meat is cooked through.
