A sweet, spicy rub perks up this salmon, it's easy to make and simply delicious.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- 4 (5-ounce) salmon filets
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine the spices and rub over the salmon. Place the salmon in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
