Jean’s Vegetables Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup asparagus, cut into 2- inch pieces
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup celery (sliced)
  • ½ cucumber (scored and sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cup green pepper (sliced)
  • ½ cup radish (sliced)
  • 10 pitted black olives (sliced)
  • ½ cup lo-cal Italian dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all vegetables in large bowl
  2. Cover with Italian dressing
  3. Marinate overnight
  4. Toss frequently
