Department of Food and Nutrition

The Department of Food and Nutrition coordinates all aspects of a patient's/resident's nutritional care while at ColerGoldwater. After implementation of the initial nutritional assessment, each patient/resident is consistently monitored and re-evaluated to make sure that their nutritional needs are being met. To ensure continuity of care, a nutritional service specialist discusses nutritional care with patients when they are discharged.
