Admissions Department's mission is to match the needs of the patients being referred
with the services that we provide. To ensure continuity of care, the department
is responsible for obtaining all pertinent information needed by our staff from
the referring facility or physician. To assist the patient and their family with
their decision, additional information may be obtained or family members can arrange
