Free New Year's Eve Satellite Feed Available

December 4, 2013 - The Times Square Alliance and Countdown Entertainment are offering offering free HD pool feeds of the New Year’s Eve Celebration in Times Square. The uninterrupted feeds are available free of charge to domestic and international television outlets, online outlets, mobile phone TV providers, IPTV and user generated content sites. The feed will feature the festivities leading up to the Ball Drop at midnight, including the Ball raising, musical performances, hourly countdowns and an exclusive reveal of a new trailer for the upcoming Spider-Man movie. Additionally, preparations leading up to New Year's Eve and last year's midnight footage will be available by satellite, fiber and online download.

The event organizers have also partnered with Livestream to offer an international, six and a half hour webcast of the event (http://new.livestream.com/newyearseve/NYE2014) that will broadcast the festivities in Times Square live via host Allison Hagendorf as well as three correspondents, including all of the above elements and special behind the scene footage and interviews with performers, revelers, and other celebrity guests.
