Free Outdoor Movie Screenings Return in the Summer

June 5, 2012 - As summer begins so does the annual ritual of watching movies under the stars in the City. The following is a sample of various free outdoor screenings happening throughout the City:

2012 HBO Bryant Park Summer Film Festival
: Mondays, beginning June 18
Location: Bryant Park
Time: Lawn opens at 5pm, film begins at sunset
Movies Shown: Psycho, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Wizard of Oz, On the Waterfront, Roman Holiday, The Maltese Falcon, Rebel Without a Cause

Intrepid Summer Movie Series
: most Fridays in the summer, beginning July 13
Time: doors open at 7:30pm, film begins at sunset
Location: The Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum at Pier 86
