Film Festivals Examine Cultural and Social Issues in May

New York Indian Film Festival The 11th annual New York Indian Film Festival, presented by the Indo-American Arts Council, takes place May 4-8. Bosnian-Herzegovinian Film Festival Taking place May 13-14 at Tribeca Cinemas, the 8th annual Bosnian-Herzegovinian Film Festival features contemporary films that feature Bosnia and Herzegovina as their theme. NYC Mental Health Film Festival The NYC Mental Health Film Festival aims to explore the stigmas facing people with psychiatric disabilities through original films and live discussion.
