| Local Businesses Join the "Made in NY" 'Academy'  March 1, 2011 - Nearly one thousand local businesses are part of the “Made in NY” Discount Card Program, with additional vendors joining each month. These businesses provide discounts to the hundreds of productions that shoot on location in the City each year.Among the latest businesses to join the program are: Brooklyn Academy of Music; Jakes Saloon; Broadway Catering; Hotel Belleclaire; NBC Universal Archives and 91, The Event Space.
