September 1, 2010 - Local bus shelters feature an upcoming “Made in NY” indie release this month.
It’s Kind of a Funny Story, which opens in theatres on October 8, appears on a number of bus shelters throughout the City. The film, based on the autobiography by Ned Vizzini, follows a teenager who checks himself into a psychiatric ward and was shot in the City during the winter of 2009-2010.
The “Made in NY” Marketing Credit provides free advertising on City bus shelters to productions that shoot 75% of their work in New York City.
