Film Festivals Take a Global Perspective

August 2, 2010 - There are plenty of opportunities to catch a film as various festivals, focusing on movies from around the world, take place in August throughout the City.

New York City International Film Festival
Featuring 118 film premieres from six continents and twenty-seven counties, the first annual New York City International Film Festival kicks off on August 12.
