Diversity Rings in the New Year at Local Film Festivals

January 4, 2010 - A diverse mix of film festivals will take place in January.


New York Jewish Film Festival
The New York Jewish Film Festival seeks to showcase, enlighten, educate, and shed light on the Jewish experience. Formed in 1992, the festival is a collaboration between The Jewish Museum and the Film Society of Lincoln Center and will screen feature length films, documentaries, and shorts from January 13-28. Dance on Camera Festival
This vibrant festival seeks to showcase the art of dance on film. The Dance on Camera Festival brings filmmakers, visionaries, and innovators together to explore new works for new audiences. ReelAbilities: NY Disabilities Film Festivals
The Second Annual ReelAbilities: NY Disabilities Film Festival seeks to celebrate the lives and stories of people living with disabilities by promoting the artistic expression of filmmakers with different abilities.
