March 9, 2009 - The 2009 Film Racing Tour will be kicking off again in NYC on Friday, March 27, 2009. Filmmakers will be challenged to create an original short film in just 24 hours, from 10PM on Friday, March 27 to 10PM on Saturday, March 28th, 2009.

All of the completed films will premiere on the big screen at a local theater a few days later and the teams will be competing for cash and prizes against filmmakers across the country.

Film Racing is dedicated to inspiring and challenging creative minds. Filmmakers have just 24 hours to write, shoot, edit and score an original film no longer than 4 minutes (including credits) based on their theme and surprise element assignment.
